Warranty

All our watches are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects on the watch itself. 

Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

1. Theft or loss.

2. Wear, tear and normal aging of the watch (scratched glass, dents or scratches on the case etc.).

3. All types of damage to the entire watch (or part of it) resulting from improper handling or use, lack of maintenance, negligence, accident (drop, scratch, crush, broken glass, etc.), improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided by VOID Watches.

4. Battery changes are not considered as a warranty repair service.

5. Leather and nylon straps are not covered by the warranty.

Please email all warranty claims to info@voidwatches.com with proof of original purchase and and a few images of the damaged product and we will assist you from there.
