Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders above 100EUR/100USD/100GBP/500SEK. We ship with UPS (PostNord in Sweden) Delivery time is usually 3-7working days. All orders are shipped with full tracking.

VAT (inside the EU and UK)

For orders shipped to the EU VAT is included in the price. For orders to the United Kingdom all taxes are included in the price (VOID Watches will pay all charges through our courier UPS).

VAT & Import Fees (outside EU and UK)

Please note that if you place and order from outside the EU prices do NOT include VAT or other taxes / government fees. You may have to pay import taxes and fees according to the laws and regulations of your country. All fees are handled by the courier and your national customs authority.
If you chose to return your order for a refund you may still be subject to paying import taxes and fees - this is also handled by your national customs authority. Please check with your local customs authority for more information about import taxes and fees BEFORE placing an order.

When will I receive my order?

When we receive your order we will send an automated email confirmation. Orders made before noon (CET) will in most cases be shipped the same day.
Sweden: All orders to Sweden are shipped with PostNord and are typically delivered in 1-2 working days.
Other countries: Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days by UPS depending on area.
We will send an email with full tracking when the order has left our warehouse.
*If there are any issues with delivering your order we will contact you by email, phone or SMS.

Can I exchange or return my item?

If you want to exchange or return an order, please contact us at order@voidwatches.com. You can always return or exchange an order within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used. All original packaging, warranty cards etc. must be returned together with the product complete and undamaged. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. A return address in Sweden will be provided by email.

Product Information

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes, we have a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects on all watches.

How can I change the strap?

All our straps and bracelets (except the MB18-SI) come with a quick release system that makes changing the strap very easy (no tools required). If you’re changing from an older strap without the quick release system we have some instruction videos here.

My battery has run out, what do I do?

We recommend taking your watch to your local watch store to get the battery replaced, they know what to do.

What can I do if I receive a faulty item?

If you have any complaints or concerns regarding wrong, damaged or missing items, please contact us by mail order@voidwatches.com and we will find a solution. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase.

Can I combine a watch with a different strap than what you offer on your web shop?

Unfortunately you can’t change the standard strap but you can always add an additional one to your order.

How do I keep up to date about future collections and other news and offers?

Please sign up for our newsletter on www.voidwatches.com to get updates on our collections, release dates, offers and other news.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards depending on your region. We also offer flexible payments through Klarna in some regions.
