1. PAYMENT

1.1 We accept all major credit cards. Paypal handles all online payments, it is a very safe way to process online transaction, and you do not need to set up a PayPal account in order to proceed.

2. ORDER

2.1 Upon receiving the placed order, an email notification will be sent out within 2 to 3 working days, confirming the order and stock availability.

2.2 For making amendment on a placed order, please contact us on order@voidwatches.com with your order details. But please note that we normally process our order within 2 to 3 working days, so make sure you contact us as soon as possible!

2.3 For order cancellation, providing that the order has not yet been processed and dispatched, the order can then be cancelled and refunded. Please contact us directly on order@voidwatches.com as soon as possible. For any dispatched order, you may refer to section 5 on return policy.

3. SHIPPING

3.1 VOID provides free worldwide shipping for all online orders. All products are shipped out from head office at VOID Watches LTD, G/F, 15 Square Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

3.2 A shipping confirmation email will be sent out along with a tracking reference number. All deliveries are arranged with FedEx, EMS SpeedPost or registered mail. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for details regarding our shipment.

3.3 As delays are inevitable, this may due to custom clearance at destination, VOID holds no liability over delays. However, all shipments are insured at the expense of VOID Watches.

3.4 For order value below 120EUR we use registered airmail. The shipping time for the delivery may take up to 3-4 weeks to areas outside Asia. If you require a faster delivery, please contact us on info@voidwatches.com, and we will try to arrange a faster shipping method at an additional cost.

4. REPAIRS

4.1 For most problems, the issue may due to the battery defects. Before retuning the watch, always have the watch checked at your local watch shop.

4.2 For other major defects, faulty goods are recommended to return to VOID Watches LTD, G/F, 15 Square Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. Due to faults caused by VOID Watches, we will be responsible for all cost incurred on return shipping and repairing work. The maximum reimbursement amount on return shipping cost is 20EUR.

4.3 Without proper tools and instructions, VOID do not recommend the customer to repair their own watches, as it may cause further damages.

5. RETURNS

5.1 We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase! If our products do not meet your expectations, please contact us on order@voidwatches.com within 14 working days from receiving the goods. Goods must be returned to VOID Watches LTD, G/F, 15 Square Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

5.2 Goods must be returned to us in the original condition, unused, undamaged and with original packaging intact. Only the amount paid for the product itself will be refunded via PayPal. Additional charges on shipping, handling, taxes and related fees and expenses will not be refunded.

5.3 For return of VOID products purchased from other retailers, please contact them directly for their returning policy.

6. PRICING 

6.1 The pricing and descriptions of products can be amended at any point without any notice being given.

6.2 Retail prices are listed in EURO.

7. WARRANTY

7.1 All our timepieces and cufflinks are covered by a two-year worldwide warranty, from the date of purchase.

7.2 The warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. VOID Watches’ obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement at its option. The warranty may be rejected on products showing evidence of extreme use.

7.3 The warranty excludes strap/bracelet and excessive wear or damage to the case, crystal or strap. VOID Watches is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the timepiece.

7.4 The warranty excludes batteries, due to time spent in warehousing and shipping, may be partially run down by the time of sale. All watches go through 100% battery check before dispatch.

7.5 The buyer is required to produce a proof of purchase upon request.

8.1 VOID Watches is a registered trademark. All designs and graphics and their selection and arrangement on this website are the copyright of VOID Watches LTD or their affiliates or content providers.

9.1 Products shown here on the website are available while stocks permit and can be removed without any prior notice.

9.2 We aim to display the colours and proportions of our products as accurately as possible on this website, however various screen settings can affect the display of an image. VOID cannot guarantee the discrepancies between the actual item and the displayed image on the website.
