Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions made on www.voidwatches.com. Please carefully read our full terms and conditions before placing your order. The terms may be changed without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Delivery Information

We ship our products worldwide and all shipping charges are INCLUDED in the price stated on the website. Our estimated delivery time for international orders is 1-2 weeks for products in stock. We will do our very best to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated time.

Please note, for sale items and items below 120 Euro we ship using registered air mail. The shipping time for these items might be up to 3-4 weeks to areas outside Asia.

Orders over 120 Euro are shipped with Hong Kong Post Speed Post (EMS) and you can trace the parcel online at http://www.hongkongpost.com/speedpost/eng/track/outward.htm. Orders below 120 Euro will be sent with registered airmail. If you have specific delivery requirements or need your products on or before a certain date we will do our best to accommodate your needs but please contact us on info@voidwatches.com BEFORE you place your order to ensure we can meet your demands.

The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes and/or Value Added Tax (VAT) in the receiving country.

Our watches are shipped from VOID International LTD, G/F, 15 Square Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong unless agreed otherwise.

Refunds and Returns

We really want you to be happy with your watch and we will make every effort to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. If our products do not meet your expectations, please email us at info@voidwatches.com within 14 working days from receiving the goods. Goods must be returned to VOID International LTD, G/F, 15 Square Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong within 14 days of receiving the goods. Goods must be returned to us in the original condition, unused, undamaged and with original packaging intact for a replacement or refund. The customer will pay all freight charges unless you receive a damaged product, or if the return is due to a mistake caused by VOID Watches. In that case we will reimburse the cost for the return freight up to a maximum amount of 20 Euro.

Guarantees and Warranties

Your new VOID watch is warranted to the original owner for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. VOID Watches’ obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement at its option. The warranty excludes the battery, strap/bracelet and excessive wear or damage to the case, crystal or strap. VOID Watches is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the timepiece. All implied warranties are limited to one year. Buyer is required to produce a proof of purchase upon request. The warranty may be rejected on products showing evidence of extreme use. VOID Watches reserves the right of errors caused by unintentional errors in our product information. Colours may not be exact due to reproduction limitations and the settings of the users computer. All products are subject to availability. If an item isn't available we will inform you as soon as possible to give you the option of accepting a substitute product of equal value or to cancel your order.
