Is there a return policy?

Providing the watch has not been used or worn, there is a 14-day return/exchange period after the date of purchase. For returning address, please send it to our Hong Kong office (G/F, 15 Square Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong SAR). Once we have received the returned goods, we will issue refund via PayPal. Unfortunately, the returned shipping cost will not be refunded.

Just a kind reminder, before returning the watch, please drop us an email on order@voidwatches.com quoting the order reference number.
